Comprising different assembly and packaging stages, the solutions provided are set to work as a turnkey line in which variables are considered and parameters defined to suit the overall objective. The ASSEMBLA line is both robust and reliable. It ensures seamless process integration, handling outputs up to 400 parts per minute (ppm). The lean design incorporates efficient material handling, requires minimal maintenance, and consumes low energy, making it an optimal solution for modern manufacturing needs. Cartoning solutions are selected according to line speeds with continuous or intermittent motion and subsequent carton labelling on our labeller for tamper-evident and bollino labels. Case-packing machines end the line together with integrated or stand-alone palletizing systems.
