A complete filter paper pod solution
This integrated line is designed to handle every stage of soft pod production and packaging with maximum efficiency and precision. Starting with the CO-Tube Degassing System, the process ensures uniform grind distribution and accelerates degassing through deep vacuum technology up to -800 mbar, combined with nitrogen injection. Advanced engineering allows setting the desired final CO₂ percentage for each recipe, guaranteeing optimal aroma preservation.
Next, the CA1 soft pod packaging machine delivers unmatched speed and compactness, producing up to 800 pods per minute in a single lane. Pods are counted, stacked, and packed into heat-sealed flat-bottom bags, ensuring consistency and high efficiency.
Finally, the MMP400 wrap-around case packer completes the process with secure, flexible end-of-line packaging. Starting from flat blanks or pre-glued cases, it handles individual or bundled products with full integrity, adapting to various coffee container formats.
