The green coffee intake system includes two reception modes: external intake for bulk coffee delivered by truck, and internal intake for manual emptying of big bags. The system can handle up to 30 tons per hour of green coffee, which can either be stored or sent directly to the cleaning phase

The cleaning system ensures accurate optical selection of green coffee at a capacity of up to 10 tons per hour. After cleaning, electronic weight control systems direct the coffee to storage silos or to a big bag re-bagging unit, with a capacity of up to 5 tons per hour. 

Two green coffee storage groups with a total capacity of 512 tons, plus a dedicated group for daily roaster supply with a total capacity of 72 tons. 

The TMR Modular Roasters Series allows for complete customization of roasting profiles in terms of time, color, and flavor, ensuring the desired result. The single burner system and efficient heat recovery system also guarantee low energy consumption.

The two modular roasters, TMR720 and TMR250, can jointly send up to 8 tons per hour of roasted coffee to storage, with a total roasted bean storage capacity of 68 tons.

IMA Petroncini coffee grinder combined with the next-generation CO-Tube Degassing Series allow for a uniform grind distribution and optimal process efficiency along with the acceleration of the degassing time through the deep vacuum technology up to -800 mbar, with a nitrogen injection. The most innovative CO-Tube feature is linked to the closed-circuit adopted, the unique system available on the market today able to partial recover the nitrogen needed during the process. Furthermore, this specific process engineering combines the possibility to set the final CO2 percentage desired as a parameter of each recipe. As a result of the degassing time and CO2 parameters, it’s possible to customize the desired ending product and aromas. 

3C Series Vertical Baggers guarantees high-performance output in the packaging of ground coffee and beans. Available with intermittent or continuous motion, the baggers include degassing valve applicator and N2 flushing system, can produce and filling 3 side seal bags from 50 cc up to 5000 cc. 

UNIKA Series are modular capsule filling and sealing machines that reach a perfect balance between performance and practicality. The modular construction design allows high flexibility in achieving custom-made solutions for almost any kind of capsule type available on the market, fed in bulk or stacked. According to the machine configuration, UNIKA is able to reach up to 600 capsules per minute. 

FTB577-C cartoner enhances production efficiency and offers wide flexibility for product layer configuration. Running at speeds of up to 80 boxes/min on the standard version, managing 500 capsules/min at infeed, the machine is designed to accommodate many different capsule configurations. 

Built to pack individual or bundled products into cases, display boxes or trays starting from flat blanks or pre-glued cases, the MMP400 wrap around case packer has been engineered to protect and preserve the highest integrity of the content. This system is so effective, it allows to handle all kinds of coffee containers: from single serve capsules to bags.
