Established in 1961, IMA S.p.A. is the parent company of a Group world leader in the design and manufacture of automatic machines with the heart in Bologna (Italy), and eyes wide open on the world.
Investor relations
IMA S.p.A. has been listed on the Milan stock exchange from 1995 until January 2021. Its history features a constant growth that has enabled the Group to close the year 2021 with consolidated revenues of 1,688.3 million euros. Exports accounted for about 90%.
