IMA VTP – Valley Tissue Packaging

Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Kaukauna, Wisconsin, IMA VTP has grown into one of the main market referral in packaging solutions for the tissue market.
Today IMA VTP is fully part of the IMA TMC family.
It offers a wide range of equipment, such as single roll wrappers, casepackers, bundlers, conveyors and polywrappers. Thanks to the longstanding efforts in Research & Development, IMA VTP applies the latest technologies to create some of the most efficient packaging products in the industry.

IMA TMC-AMS – Customer assistance and original spare parts

Through a visionary project, we were the first to understand the importance of asset management, creating AMS in 2006, a division dedicated to customer satisfaction exclusively, capable of catering to performance, updating maintenance and preserving the value of your machines over time.
IMA TMC-AMS provides IMA TMC original spare parts and high quality components featuring superior technical characteristics, handling total supply traceability and guaranteeing continuity in the operation of the system. Intelligent purchase management and attentive analysis of warehouse rotation guarantee immediate availability for most articles.
IMA TMC-AMS service ensures remote assistance and full service coverage to IMA TMC equipment installed worldwide.

IMA SSM – Spares Service & Machinery

IMA Spares Service & Machinery (SSM) was born in 2023 from the fusion of Claren Cutting Service, manufacturer and reseller of specific compatible spare parts for the Tissue market, and IMA Spares & More, supplier of refurbished and second-hand machines for the Converting sector.
From this union, the strength and competitiveness of these companies gathered into IMA SSM, offering to the market:
Spare parts for Tissue paper converting lines
Production of blades for rewinding machines
Retrofitting for packaging and bundling machines
Complete supply service of refurbished and second-hand converting machines
According to requests, IMA SSM can supply the widest range of paper machines and tissue converting machines available for the field.

Pioneers of plastic-free packaging lines

In 2018 IMA TMC introduced on the market the first completely plastic-free tissue rolls primary and secondary packaging line. It was able to run sealable products at a consistent speed of 90 packs/minute, opening to new oppoortunities to a sustainable packaging approach.
Since then, continuous investments and R&D commitment led to several packaging innovations, such as resistant and perfectly sealable recyclable packs made of paper or 100% recyclable polyethilene.

IMA OpenLab

All these innovations were made possible also thanks to the inspiration of the Sustainability program and to IMA OpenLab: a network of technological laboratories and testing areas, dedicated to the research on sustainable materials, technologies and production optimisation processes. OPENLab analyses most of the new sustainable and innovative materials such as new compostable, biodegradable, paper-based or ultra-thin film, before they are commercially available.
