Our palletizing solutions, available with single or multiple pallet stations, are designed for RSC cases, wraparound cases, trays, and bundles, and are fully ready for seamless line integration. We offer a range of versions, from basic manual pallet loading to advanced automated systems with automatic feeding of empty pallets and unloading of full pallets. Equipped with fast and precise multi-axis robotic systems, our solutions ensure accurate product placement, whether palletizing individual items, multiple cases in defined patterns, or entire layers. Additionally, we offer centralized solutions for palletizing different products from multiple production lines. To further enhance automation and adaptability, our palletizing systems can incorporate a pallet magazine and and slipsheet magazine, enabling uninterrupted operation and stable pallet structures. Integrated labeling units and checkweighers support traceability and quality control, while prearrangement for AGV integration ensures readiness for smart factory logistics. Our palletizing systems can be supplied as stand-alone units or integrated with case packers.
