Robotically controlled systems
Robotically controlled systems developed in-house feed any parenteral product and accessory into the thermoformer. Solutions combining an advanced preheating system with the forming process provide uniform film thickness. Thanks to our fully in-house development of robotic systems, we offer standardized solutions for both product feeding and integration with cartoning. This not only ensures seamless system coordination but also simplifies operator training and enhances overall usability.

All-round flexibility
IMA industrial thermoforming packaging machines are built to ensure all-round flexibility. This concerns not only the feeding area itself, which allows the product to be loaded either at the front or rear of the machine, but also via the connection with cartoning equipment, either directly inline or at a 90° layout.
If tray sealing is required, a sealing unit can be installed that guarantees uniform sealing pressure and offsets any irregular thickness in the materials. The cutting area provides excellent access and the unit is easily removable for size changeovers. -
