Zanasi THC is designed for the safe testing and handling of HAPI, representing the highest level of containment within the Zanasi series. Combining production safety with operational versatility, it provides the ideal solution for contained capsule‑filling applications. The system guarantees the required containment level for OEB 5 products and is equipped with special seals that isolate the processing area, glove ports for safe internal access, and an integrated washing system. Together, these features ensure maximum protection for both operators and the surrounding environment.

Smart cleaning, total safety
The processing area is fitted with spray nozzles and mobile spray guns to dump down airborne particulate after the filling process. Size parts are dismantled and placed in a tray inside the work area before activating the cleaning cycle.
