Designed to pack the widest range of products, Verticare P, allows for an extremely gentle handling of all components of the package through the entire packaging process. The 360° accessibility of the machine simplifies the cleaning and format changeover. Verticare P is able to package products such as vials, syringes, ampoules, medical devices and bottles having irregular shapes as well. This modular machine can integrate multiple feeders for different products, booklets and any other accessory.

It can run either with intermittent or continuous motion, depending on the product to be handled.

Highly ergonomic for the operator, it combines an eye-level material workflow along with a complete accessibility from front (operator’s side) and rear of the machine.
Product can be handled with or without pucks. The robotized product infeed system with double heads, grippers or vacuum, is able to adjust product orientation inside the carton.

Bypass mode

When Verticare P is in line, it can run in bypass mode. This function is useful when the product does not need to be inserted into a carton, but just needs to be packed directly inside a case.

Multiple feeders

Modular design: it can integrate multiple feeders for any accessories.

Carton magazine

Extended  belt-driven carton magazine for major autonomy and designed to prevent dust falling on the mechanical parts. The height of the magazine guarantees easy carton loading.
