Equipped with a removable film carriage, quick-change forming tube on a swivel arm, and wash-down execution, the Vegatronic 6000 SD is the ideal solution for producers operating under strict hygienic standards like USDA Dairy compliance.
The advanced ETHERCAT control platform supports multiple sealing modes, including high-speed rotary sealing and box motion for enhanced seal quality. Available with optional ultrasonic sealing and in twin-tube configuration, the Vegatronic 6000 TT combines high output with film savings, sustainability, and operational simplicity.
This solution is the perfect fit for cut-salad, IQF, meat, cheese, pasta, biscuits, confectionery, and bouillon cubes, and supports a wide range of recyclable and mono-material films.
