The IMA Ilapak Vegatronic 2000 RJ is one of the most flexible intermittent motion vertical baggers on the market, combining hygienic design, exceptional accessibility, and versatile packaging capabilities. It is ideal for a wide range of industries, including cheese, confectionery, snacks, bakery, IQF food, and many others.
Capable of producing a variety of pack styles such as pillow, block bottom, quad, Flexcan, Easypack, and Doy-Shark pouches, the Vegatronic 2000 RJ also supports advanced sealing options including reclosable zippers and multiple hang-hole formats.
Thanks to its Open Frame architecture, the machine offers easy access and fast changeovers, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). It also handles thick films with extreme sealing pressure, making it a perfect choice for MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) applications.
