The IMA Ilapak Vegatronic 1000 is a high-quality intermittent motion VFFS machine, built to handle a broad range of bag styles and product types with precision and care. Compact and versatile, it’s ideal for manufacturers seeking reliable packaging for dry, wet, or frozen products, while keeping cost and footprint low.
It supports pillow, block bottom, quad bags, including M.A.P. for extended shelf life. The Inclined version is engineered for gentle handling of delicate, brittle, or fragile products — making it perfect for fresh produce, baked goods, snacks, and IQF.
With fast format changeovers, optional reseal features (zippers, tear notches, hang holes), and large film width capability, the Vegatronic 1000 delivers flexibility and performance in a user-friendly, low-maintenance design.
