High-performance net bagging solution for fresh produce
IMA Ilapak’s V2029 is a robust, high-speed net clipping machine engineered to handle a wide range of fresh fruits and vegetables, including citrus, onions, garlic, and more.
Operating with package weights from 0.5 to 4.5 kg, it efficiently forms net bags from vexar, woven, or extruded netting and seals them with a secure clip.
The system supports automatic net tube changeover, reducing downtime and maximizing uptime during production shifts.
Thanks to its 7” multilingual touch screen, intuitive Siemens controls, and VFD motors with soft start/stop, the machine is simple to use, safe, and low-maintenance.
It also offers a variety of labelling and accessory options, such as direct thermal printers and up to 80mm wide wine-glass or clip labels, enhancing both product presentation and traceability.
The V2029 integrates easily into existing lines, discharging finished bags to the front or back via conveyor for seamless downstream processing.
