UNILINE is a conveying, filling and capping system that integrates the functions required to form a complete counting line: container loading, desiccant insertion, counting and filling, cotton insertion, capping, rejection.
Designed for maximum flexibility with no product or bottle change parts, UNILINE can be changed over very quickly and starts up immediately at production speed. achieving high OEE even when running small batches. The balcony design ensures easy cleanability and visibility with no hidden entrapment points. Thanks to its compact design, it fits in a fraction of the space needed for traditional equipment.
UNILINE enables the highest level of count accuracy thanks to the different counting technologies available (Optical sensor and E.F.S. – Electrostatic Field Sensor) which are able to work also in difficult conditions.

Counting accuracy
The counting accuracy depends on many factors: counter design, product flow control, gating system and, last but not least sensors. Over the years, Swiftpack has developed new solutions in order to improve quality and efficiency.
