SWIFTPHARM 2 is a versatile counting/filling system built to pack a variety of products accurately and at high speed. Requiring few or no change parts, it helps achieve maximum productivity.
As a pharmaceutical-grade, electronic tablet counter with positive bottle transport, SWIFTPHARM 2 is available in two configurations according to the speed required: SWIFTPHARM 2-4 with one counting head and SWIFTPHARM 2-8 with two counting heads.
Both versions enable the highest level of count accuracy thanks to the different counting technologies available (Optical sensor and E.F.S. – Electrostatic Field Sensor) which are also able to work in difficult conditions. Moreover, SWIFTPHARM 2 is extremely easy to clean and its design featuring integrated guards allows for perfect integration of containment solutions if needed.

Counting accuracy
Counting accuracy depends on many factors: counter design, product flow control, gating system and, last but not least, sensors. Over the years, Swiftpack has developed new solutions in order to improve quality and efficiency.
