SUPERA is an innovative single roll packaging machine designed for wrapping bath and kitchen towel rolls in polyethylene, polypropylene and paper.
It delivers high production speeds thanks to the unique innovative technologies used for the first time in this type of application.
SUPERA wrapper is fully automated by motion systems composed of brushless servomotors.
The motorized belt is controlled by inverter, for rolls accumulation. The group includes a photo-eyes series devices to control the right position and the presence of rolls.
Its hexalateral elevator keeps rolls correctly positioned even on high-speeds.
The integrated tuck group option, designed with the concept of modularity, allows SUPERA a paper roll wrapping at the highest speeds on the tissue market: up to 250 packs/minute.
Easy management and guided changeover operations are carried out through the touch screen control panel. SUPERA enables full size adjustments stored in recipes for fast, accurate and repetitive settings.
