SMART is part of our range of liquid filling, stoppering and capping machines for aseptic environments. Particularly suited to small to medium batch production, where time and ease of use are of the essence, this machine is configured to handle glass and plastic vials within the SVP (small volume parenterals) filling range.
Combining proven technology with high quality standards and the reliability required for all aseptic filling needs, SMART is completely servo-driven and can reach up to 120vpm, while ensuring 100% IPC of all vials filled. All types of dosing systems can be installed and the machine can be configured for LVP (large volume parenterals) as well.

SMART 300

SMART 300 is the answer to the increasing demand for even more flexible and versatile liquid processing solutions. Short start-up times, easy changeovers and a high degree of automation are key considerations. Particularly suited to medium to high batch production, configured to handle glass and plastic vials within the SVP (small volume parenterals) filling range, the machine is completely servo-driven and can reach up to 300vpm, while ensuring 100% IPC of all vials filled.
SMART 300 can be equipped with all types of dosing systems typical of aseptic operations, and is suitable for installation in cleanrooms, isolators, or other containment solutions, as all materials are compatible with sanitizing agents and suitable for VPHP exposure.

SMART 300 LV

SMART 300 LV offers a wide filling range, from 20 ml up to 500 ml (LVP), combining high accuracy, repeatability, and flexibility for batch changeovers and CIP/SIP operations (Cleaning and Sterilization in Place).
Fully servo-driven, the machine can reach up to 200 vials per minute while ensuring 100% In-Process Control (IPC) for all filled vials.
Compatible with all standard dosing systems for aseptic processes, SMART 300 LV is suitable for installation in cleanrooms, isolators, or other containment solutions. All materials are resistant to sanitizing agents and VPHP exposure.
Designed for high-value pharmaceuticals, SMART 300 LV is ideal for integration with product loss minimisation features.
