Breaking new ground in powder processing
Today certain bacteria have developed resistance to antibiotics that were once commonly used to treat them. Such bacteria survive and even multiply in the presence of an exisiting antibiotic. The implementation of more powerful, new-generation antibiotics, and new aseptic technologies, like SMART PWD contribute to solving this serious health issue.
Our SMART PWD is the straightforward solution to comply with this crucial issue, able not only to process difficult powders accurately, but also to simultaneously dose, by vacuum-pressure, two different types of pharmaceutical products inside the same vial with single 100% check-weighing.

Stoppering system
Stoppers are picked up by a quick-release pick & place vacuum-assisted arm, and placed onto the vial’s mouth. The pick & place system is controlled by brushless motors and configured for each vial size. Stoppering and (possible) integrated capping operations are performed at full operating speeds.
