The revolutionary TruCount®
The TruCount® system represents a critical innovation in ensuring absolute accuracy in tablet and capsule counting. Fully integrated into the machine’s control system, TruCount® works seamlessly with recipe-driven menus on the touchscreen, making setup quick and intuitive. Its operation is based on a high-speed scanning process that evaluates and counts each product while it is in free fall, after leaving the slat cavity and before entering the bottle. This approach eliminates any possibility of miscounts, guaranteeing that every bottle meets the highest standards of precision. TruCount® employs advanced LED lighting combined with photo-detectors to identify and count each object with remarkable reliability. Furthermore, the system includes an automatic reject mechanism that discards any bottle with an incorrect count, ensuring that only perfectly filled bottles proceed down the line. This combination of speed, accuracy, and integrated quality control makes TruCount® an indispensable feature for pharmaceutical packaging operations.
