Cheese packaging made perfect
The SF1 and SF100 are both automatic cartoning machines for triangular portions of processed cheese in round boxes suited to the required bundle configuration (4 layers max).
Easily placed in line with FF Series equipment according to production capacity, they process between 30 and 75 boxes/min.
The closed boxes are taken automatically from the magazine, opened and the lids separated from the bottoms. The bottom is placed over the formed bundle of portions, capsized and fed to the outfeed belt where it receives the lid for closing.
The SF3 boxing machine version comprises 2 parallel SF1 machines.

Automatic Cartoning for Triangular Cheese Portions
The SF1 and SF100 machines are designed to automatically carton triangular processed cheese portions into round boxes, supporting bundle configurations up to four layers.

Flexible Inline Integration
Both models can be easily placed in line with FF Series equipment, adjusting to production requirements and handling outputs from 30 to 75 boxes per minute.

Fully Automated Box Handling Process
Closed boxes are automatically taken from the magazine, opened, and separated into lids and bottoms. The bundle receives its bottom, is capsized, transferred to the outfeed belt, and closed with its lid.

Expanded Production with DualMachine Configuration
For higher throughput needs, the SF3 configuration integrates two SF1 machines operating in parallel, boosting overall efficiency and packaging capacity.
