Sensitive Eco
With its essential design and small footprint, Sensitive Eco is the most competitive solution in our range of linear labelling machines. Accurate and easy-to-use, it responds to the needs of standardised labelling. Sensitive Eco is designed to apply self-adhesive labels to cylindrical glass, metal or plastic containers. Suitable for low-medium outputs, it has been devised for a standard labelling process with no special requirements.
Equipped with one side labelling head, Sensitive Eco features a dispensing unit with a large-capacity recovery system controlled by a mechanical clutch, which keeps the paper constantly taut. The control system (EVER), electro-mechanical instrumentation and various power interlocks are housed in the electrical panel under the machine work surface.
Sensitive Eco LV
Sensitive Eco LV is the answer to the needs of the pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical industries dealing with the labelling of tall or high-capacity containers. Compact yet robust, it ensures high performance and precision.
A linear labelling machine designed to apply self-adhesive labels to cylindrical, large-volume glass or plastic containers, Sensitive Eco LV features a spacing unit ensuring appropriate distance between containers. Extreme precision is achieved in applying one wrap-around label. The application group is adjusted for quick regulation of the label position on the container and is complete with a digital indicator handwheel.
The label reel holder is integrated on the side of the machine basement for manual change of label reel and is complete with automatic de-reeling and sensors for end-of-label-reel detection.
