The Sensitive AP400 BFS applies self-adhesive labels on the top and bottom of Blow Fill Seal containers, combining high handling accuracy, maximum precision in label application and excellent performance in terms of speed. These are key issues when dealing with this type of container, increasingly popular due to the advantages it offers in terms of product safety and ease of use, especially for single-dose products.
The machine handles multiple BFS container types and can be easily installed in line with a packaging machine. Additionally, it boasts brushless motors to ensure BFS positioning accuracy, flexibility and reliability, both at low and high production speeds.
The labelling head is designed for multiple or parallel labels and can integrate the Easy Splice system for continuous infeed of new label reels without machine interruption. The neat basement allows the installation of additional units like cameras or printing devices.
