All-around concept
Sensitive 350 is a linear labelling machine suitable for applying self-adhesive, wrap-around labels to cylindrical glass, metal and plastic containers. Hallmarks of the machine include design simplicity and effectiveness when handling cylindrical containers, perfect for clear, essential labels containing vital information for drug identification.
The machine is equipped with one side labelling head which applies the label accurately. This level of precision is also due to appropriate spacing between the containers and an easy-to-regulate application group. The labelling unit is installed on the machine basement for direct access to the labelling reels. Supervision and monitoring of the overall process is done via PLC with a user-friendly HMI.

Printing and serialisation
Sensitive 350 is conceived for easy integration of overprinting devices such as hot-foil, thermal transfer, laser and inkjet. A wide range of overprinting control systems can also be installed: single character overprint control by video camera (OCV/OCR), bar code or Data Matrix control, etc.
