The SD Series is a versatile vertical thermoform, fill & seal machine designed for producing unit-dose containers in a continuous band, using Sarong’s renowned technology. Capable of creating various pack types such as unit-dose packs, stand-up packs, and custom shapes, the SD offers an innovative squeezable opening system for added convenience.
Combining traditional mechanics and mechatronics with strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards, the SD ensures a sanitary production environment. The machine is constructed using stainless steel, separating processing areas from mechanical components, which facilitates easy cleaning and maintenance.
