The perfect solution for small productions
The ergonomic design assures great accessibility for maintenance, service and easy cleaning; further more the pull-out dosing systems significantly reduces line downtimes.
Thanks to a very fast size changeover the SB1 can handle Nespresso compatible capsule in plastic, aluminum and compostable material.
Capsules can be fed manually by the operator and individually inserted into the rotary table or stacked into a magazine and placed into the rotary table by means of an automatic de-stacking unit.
Capsules can be closed at the top with aluminum film, micro perforated, filter paper, triplex coupled, PP and compostable lid.
According to the machine configuration, speed can reach up to 25 capsules per minute.
