Adaptive line

The new integrated RED250 deep draw thermoforming and cartoning line is a compact solution for medium-speed production of small batches requiring frequent format changes. Thanks to the robotic handling system, RED250 allows careful and precise manipulation of any type of product, introducing it into the tray with a wide range of possible configurations.
The new integrated A46 cartoning module can perform a complete automatic size changeover in just 10 minutes, allowing the operator to carry out the other operations necessary for the preparation of the next batch.
In the face of increasingly demanding production needs, the new line represents an agile solution ensuring precision and performance.

Machine highlights

  1. Flexible throughout

    Thanks to the IMA robotic feeding system, RED250 handles any type of parenteral product. Compatible with accessory feeding modules for needles, spoons, booklets etc. Flexibility continues on the tray with a wide choice of product/accessory positioning variety.

    A46 can perform automatic format change in just 10 minutes thanks to the absence of format parts, supporting the operator in their functions and drastically reducing production downtime.

  3. Smart connection

    The new connection area features a positive tray transport system that ensures precise control for the IMA robots. This exceptional stability allows the robots to operate optimally, achieving excellent performance throughout the area.

  4. Compact footprint

    Space optimisation makes RED250 particularly compact. The entire line, especially the connection, has been designed to optimize spaces and offer a complete and modular solution in the smallest possible layout.

  5. All-round accessibility

    RED250 has been carefully designed around the operator. The intervention areas are all positioned at ergonomic heights to allow operations with ease and safety from the front to the rear.
