Compact, performing and flexible
The RD depalletizers can handle the most unstable and irregularly shaped products, with the utmost accuracy taking care of them without damages.
They can handle trays or containers carrying products like strips, vials, bottles, jars and pouches. The RD machines can be stand alone or integrated with product handling machines like the TLS (Tray Loading System).
Robotic technology is at the heart of these systems and allows flexible product handling at the beginning, in the middle or at the end of the line.
– PRODUCTION LINE INFEED: product unloading from the pallet into the line.
– PRODUCTION LINE OUTFEED: product loading on the pallet from the line.
– BUFFER FUNCTION: product store buffering during line stops.

TLS & RD Series (Robot Depalletizing modules) integrated versions
RD Series can be integrated with TLS (Product loading systems) enhancing the autonomy of the line and ensuring consistent throughput
– TLS-RD2: 2 pallet stations
– TLS-RD4: 4 pallet stations
– TLS-RD6: 6 pallet stations
The increasing number of pallet stations allows for a larger production autonomy. Operator’s intervention is reduced to the minimum.
