NEXT is TEKNOWEB’s top range production platform for length fold wipes, promptly answering manufacturers requests in terms of very high-efficiency and reduced machine stops.
This converting line is equipped with the most effective splice technology on the market, thanks to the premium tension control unwinder with LAP “zero speed” that can handle every kind of roll: single, double or jumbo. Teknoweb’s proprietary cutting unit allows up to 1000 cuts/min.
The wetting system is totally configurable:
▪ One or more sanitary pumps with dedicated flowmeters, for perfect lotion dispensing on each wipe
▪ Adjustable width or fixed width wetting bars, one per lane, to minimize lotion waste
▪ Free choice of pre-fold wetting, post- fold wetting or both together, depending on substrate type.
An automatic substrate guide system is integrated in the HMI (Human Machine Interface)
Up to 3 flow wrappers can be supplied, to get the most of Next’s production potentials.
This extremely reliable converting line ensures long-lasting rotating blades in exclusive stainless steel and a production efficiency higher than 95%, complying all best safety standards.
