Forming, closing and robotic loading units

The Monoblock MB is a highly integrated and space‑saving solution designed for food packaging lines where efficiency, automation and compactness are essential. Combining multiple operations into a single frame, the MB integrates a case forming, a robotic loading system and a case closing unit, delivering a complete and reliable end‑of‑line solution.
Starting from flat die‑cut blanks, the system automatically forms the boxes, which are then loaded by a robotized handling system capable of managing up to two separate infeed lines, optionally operating independently. This configuration allows simultaneous handling of products from two different upstream flows, ensuring flexibility and optimized line performance.
Products can be picked, oriented and grouped with high precision before being gently positioned inside the erected cases. Once loaded, the case is transferred to the closing station, where it is securely sealed according to the selected technology.

Thanks to its extremely compact design, the Monoblock MB is particularly suited for restricted production environments, while still offering excellent accessibility for operators during operation, cleaning and maintenance. The system is designed to adapt to future format variations, ensuring scalability over time, with some natural limitations related to its minimized footprint.
