Efficient design for disposable mops

MARK II Floor is a fully automatic converting machine for disposable floor mops, configurable both with flow packs packaging or plastic trays with sealed film on top and cap.
The machine combines an high absorbency core contained within two layers of nonwoven, welded and folded over: result is an extremely effective mop, using the minimum amount of material. Layers are solidly bonded together through ultrasonic welding avoiding the use of glue, which would make the product extremely strong. MARK II Floor can be equipped with the application of scratching stripe on the side to improve effectiveness of mopping operation.
