KOMPAKTA is a linear machine that creates stand-up pouches from pre-printed reels. Customers enjoy maximum freedom to create the pouch shape of their choice and can produce pouches in a variety of sizes.

Loaded with two reels for the front and back of the pouch and several reels for the bottom, depending on pouch size, KOMPAKTA automatically unwinds, punches and cuts the material on reels using blades and cutters, then sealing on 3 sides to obtain the finished pouch with a feed of 2, 3 or 4 pouches.

Size changeover takes just a few minutes: punching, cutting and sealing stations are easily replaced and their position is adjusted based on the index change.
Standard equipment will feature an end-of-line packer to arrange the pouches in rows and subsequently inserting them into boxes or trays.
