The IMA Ilapak IP 3000 is a fully servo-driven case packer designed to efficiently count and load bags by gravity into cases or trays. Engineered for the demands of the IQF, Produce and Bakery sectors, this robust solution can handle a wide variety of bag formats and pack styles with speed and precision.
Featuring an open-frame stainless steel structure, Siemens PLC, and Schneider Linear Servo Drives, the IP 3000 ensures maximum hygiene, accuracy, and ease of use. Optional devices such as box/bag shakers and servo-driven box lifting systems further enhance performance, reducing product drop height and optimizing product placement.
