High performance overwrapping

Designed to maximize efficiency for high-speed productivity and excellent packaging, HYWRAP20, the new high-speed overwrapping machine, ensures ease of use and total access to all machine operations.

Suitable for single or bundled products, HYWRAP20 has been conceived as a hybrid solution capable of switching from film to paper without size changeover. Its compact footprint and cantilever structure allow for accessibility and ease of maintenance.

Servomotors are all placed on the back of the machine and movements are electronically driven by their own specific brushless motor for accurate performance at high speed. Size changeover can be carried out in less than 10 minutes with few adjustments.

High-speed performance

Fully servo-driven to reach a speed of 130 cycles/min.
Positive transport

Upper driven belt on the infeed for positive product transport at high speeds.
Eco-friendly materials

Wrapping with thermo-sealable film (OPP, BOPP, etc.), paper, recyclable and compostable films.
Positioning accuracy

Lateral vacuum belts along the film transport for correct position of the film sheet.
Brushless motors

Elevator and pusher electronically driven by their own specific brushless motors.
Zero film-creasing

Movable plate guiding the wrapping material and avoiding the film creasing.
Perfect seals

Reciprocating servo-driven lateral plates for perfect seal at high speed.
