Coating (r)evolution.
GS Evolution is a highly automated solid wall pan for tablet film and sugar coating, which also produces pellets and microgranules via powder layering. Designed for highly automated installations, GS Evolution represents the ideal basis for a contained plant.
The machine reduces operator exposure in the case of high potent product processing. The machine can be supplied with different levels of automation depending on customer requirements.

Perfect mixing

Complete isolation of the processing area by means of inflatable seals on front and rear doors.
Instant cleaning, maximum efficiency
The automatic and easy-to-validate cleaning cycle can start immediately after production without the installation of any additional device. Water can be discharged through the hole placed in the pan bottom or through the high-efficiency discharging spiral.

Lab Version
The laboratory systems make use of the same highly advanced technology as those developed for the production range, and this means all kinds of products can be processed, with maximum flexibility and easy scale-up.
Mylab is a laboratory-scale coating pan processor for R&D purposes equipped with an interchangeable drum, either fully perforated or solid wall. The drum is able to work batches from 1.5 to 6 litres, a smaller drum to work from 0.5 to 2 litres is also available as an option.
