Moreover, to satisfy all requirements for containment of solid pharmaceutical shapes in blister packaging, the feeding area is designed ready for containment application. Giant1 is also an extremely compact line, with a unique design, able to ensure linear workflow and allows excellent visibility for operators.

The GIANT1 series now includes a standard connection module that enables blisters flipping for managing cartons with opposite tuck‑in closures, and blisters interlocking for reducing carton volume or increasing blister capacity, delivering logistics and sustainability benefits, all without dedicated blister designs and with optional bypass mode.
