The production speed can reach up to 100 packs per minute, in a compact design that fits any space.
Scrap is reduced by a mark on mark automatic splice; GENESISPACK is equipped with a die cutter with lift function and a high-power Long Dwell sealing head, which guarantees optimal efficiency and very low waste.
Longitudinal sealing by multiple sealing rollers with trim removal ensures greater cleanliness and better pack aspect
This flow wrapper features an integrated quality control (Vision System) for non-conformities: “no-product/no-bag” and “misplaced product” checks are always included.
Genesispack respects Pharma Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
