The extensive knowledge and ability to provide customized solutions allows IMA Gima to serve several markets such as confectionery and snacks, biscuits, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetic and personal care.

With fully servo-driven movement, the FTB TL Series ensures excellent production efficiency and minimal maintenances requirement. Modular design allows maximum flexibility, enabling the processing of many different product types and packaging solutions. Products handled by robotic units are packed into minimally sized boxes in order to significantly reduce material consumption and void-fill techniques.

According to the required machine speed and blanks capacity, the FTB TL Series can be equipped with a single, double, or twin‑double flat blank carton magazine, reaching output speeds of up to 200 cartons/minute. The machine can be configured either to process flat blanks or to run pre‑glued cartons, depending on the production requirements. The dedicated forming heads and the transport system employ positive display management, ensuring carton squareness throughout the entire process.

All the common closure styles can be handled on the FTB TL Series, including tuck-in and glued flaps, performed on standard cartons and corrugated cardboard. Customized solutions are available on demand.
