Redefining flexibility in liquid filling operations

Modular and versatile, FLEXILIS is an intermittent motion monobloc machine available in three configurations depending on the speed and container type.
– FLEXILIS liquid filling and closing machine in single indexing configuration for syrups, suspensions, oral drops, nasal sprays, ophthalmics and injectables.
– FLEXILIS D liquid filling and closing machine in double indexing configuration for syrups, suspensions, oral drops, nasal sprays, ophthalmics and injectables.
– FLEXILIS S liquid filling, stoppering and capping machine for injectables.
The machine can dose various types of liquids: water-based, viscous or sugar-based solutions and can apply one or two closures such as rubber stoppers, droppers, pressure caps, PFP alu caps, screw caps, pumps, etc.
Depending on the product to be processed, FLEXILIS can be installed in classified areas or conventional sterile rooms.
