All-in-one flexible filling
Flexifill is an in-line filling solution that is ideal for all types of pharmaceutical products ranging from eye drops, contact lens solutions to detergents, infusions, oral and topical solutions, handling both plastic and glass containers.
Designed for low to medium outputs, Flexifill fills up to 1000 ml, a requirement typical of personal care products. Coupled or in monobloc with intermittent or continuous-motion cappers, it can handle all types of pharmaceutical closures.
Flexifill ensures complete, validated control over all elements of the packaging process, not only filling, but also container closing and handling, required by many pharmaceutical applications.

FLEXIFILL can handle unusually shaped containers in pucks. Unstable vials and containers are transported over the entire length of the machine by a properly sized in-feed scroll.
