Flexible Loading Systems Aseptic Processing
Machine overview
Maximum flexibility for future requirements
Thanks to their compact design, IMA Life’s loading systems offer exceptional flexibility, making them ideal for integration with freeze dryers as well as upstream and downstream equipment, even in the most demanding configurations.
The freeze dryer is loaded or unloaded one shelf, one row or several rows at a time with vials at a constant level. All systems are frameless and can be fixed, flexible or mixed (combination of fixed and flexible solutions). The flexible vial loading/unloading systems use “transporters” to serve multiple freeze dryers. They are normally composed of a LAT (Loading Accumulation Table) which assembles a pack of vials according to shelf dimension, a TCAR (Transfer and Loading Cart) which carries one pack of vials to and from the freeze dryers (one or two transporters in system), a LUAT (Loading & Unloading Accumulation Table) which is a combined system and a UAT (Unloading Accumulation Table) that de-scrambles packs of vials for unloading and single line-up for alu-capping.
IMA Life is among the few global providers that design, manufacture, and validate a complete portfolio of proven systems for the fully automated loading and unloading of vials into industrial freeze dryers.
