FLEX-CO is a cartoner/overwrapper designed to perform quick format change conversion and easy adjustment of carton collation and shape. FLEX-CO is the ideal way to complete the FLEX-Line, but also a stand-alone machine, that can be combined with other suppliers’ machines.
The direct drive technology, which keeps the machine sections independent, enables FLEX-CO to complete the overwrapping process even when upstream machines come to a halt.
The machine is capable of handling a countless variety of carton collations and is equipped with all the features required by the tobacco industry: tear-tape application and registration, printed poly centering, carton and/or poly printing using ink-jet or laser printers, naked wrap and paper parcel options.
