Hinge lid packer for Tobacco and NGPs

Thanks to the FLEX-A5F family, IMA TT is able to provide a wide variety of medium to high-speed packers, studied to minimize the conversion time between different packet styles. The direct drive technology allows the packer to complete the packaging process despite machine stops, with a reduction of rejected packets. The packer design features a reduced footprint, a faster jam removal and a substantial cut in noise levels. Its electronic torque control checks every machine movement assuring high quality during the whole process and reducing parts breakage in the case of jams.
The flexibility of these machines makes them perfect for producing different packet sizes, from 10 up to 50 cigarettes per packet, or special innovative packs.
