Cold, warm or hot dosing and wrapping of yeast
The FDZL is a double-headed automatic dosing and wrapping machine for yeast, available for cold or warm dosing with an independent-drive dosing unit, performing traditional portfolio-style, single-foil wrapping.
Thanks to a double-headed volumetric rotating filler and gasket-free dosing unit with servo-controlled augers as opposed to the traditional suck-in piston-rotary valve system, the FDZL yeast packaging solution handles 240 ppm.
Together with the standard cold or warm dosing configurations, an optional feature for hot portion sealing is available, although not with airtight completion.
