Accurate dosing and wrapping for paste bouillon cubes at any speed
The FD Series machines dose and wrap soup cubes at the speed best suited to specific production requirements, preparing the wrapping material, dosing, folding and closing the wrapping, followed by subsequent weight-checking.
According to customer requirements, the FD Series is able to handle different wrapping materials, like parchment, backed aluminum foil or other flexible materials.
The FD Series is designed to meet the full range of customer requirements in terms of processing speed and productivity. For maximum output, the high-speed FD12 reaches 1,200 ppm, filling preformed foil segments along an 8lane inline conveyor before folding and pressing them closed with consistent quality.
For medium-high performance, the FD8 doses and wraps four cubes simultaneously, with processing speeds adjustable up to 800 ppm from the operator panel.
The FD4 offers a reliable intermediate-speed solution, handling up to 400 portions per minute while ensuring accuracy and steady performance.
Completing the range, the FD220 meets low speed production needs with a capacity of up to 280 ppm, providing a dependable and efficient option for essential throughput requirements.

Set along the 8 lanes of the in-line filling conveyor; pre-formed foil segments are filled with the bouillon paste. The foil is then folded over, and the wrapping is pressed closed.
