EC24 Optima | EC24 Compact
EC24 Optima – Single chamber naked tea bags with automatic cartoning and cartoning unit
In a fully automatized operation, this process combines the preparation of the teabags with the erecting of the boxes that will receive 1, 2 or 3 neatly grouped rows and will end with the closing and delivery of the finished box.
EC24 Compact – Single chamber naked tea bags with automatic cartoning
Thread and label are wound around the teabags, entering these into the final stage, where they are grouped in rows that are neatly placed in boxes suitable for containing 1, 2 or 3 rows.
EC24 Multipla
EC24 Multipla – Single chamber naked tea bags in heatsealed outer envelope with automatic cartoning
The teabags with their thread and label are led to the enveloping module where they are individually introduced into the protective material which is then cut and sealed to form an airtight unit. The envelopes are transferred to the grouping mechanism, where they are stacked in programmable quantities and packed in boxes.

EC24 Flow Pack – Single chamber naked tea bags in heatsealable hermetic bag
This latest model is designed for packing tea automatically in heatsealable filter paper bags, with thread and tag.
The alliance between IMA MAISA and IMA TECMAR offers the best solution to place tea bags into an hermetic flow pack of flexible material.
