A solid single chamber

The EC12 Series filter bag machines are based on a heatsealable single chamber bag.
No metal staple or additional packaging materials are required to fix the bag to the tag and the cotton thread. 
The EC12 Series flexibility allows the production of different filter bag sizes and packs suitable to respond to dedicated market trends.
The series is composed by several machines, each focused on a specific pack style.

EC12 | EC12/AG

EC12 – Single chamber naked tea bags with automatic cartoning
Thread and tag are wound around the bags, which enter the final stage where they are grouped in counts that are orderly placed in boxes suitable to contain 1, 2 or 4 rows.

EC12/AG – Single chamber naked tea bags with manual cartoning
The EC12/AG Packers produce teabags for infusions with string and tag, grouping them in small stacks and delivering them by means of a conveyor belt to operators who manually pack them in boxes or bags.

EC12/BE | EC12/B

EC12/BE – Single chamber naked tea bags in crimped outer envelope with automatic cartoning
The teabags with their wound thread and tags are wrapped with a paper protection obtained from a previously printed and notched roll. The envelopes are stacked, counted and automatically placed in boxes.

EC12/B – Single chamber naked tea bags in crimped outer envelope with manual packing
This model, which replaces the automatic cartoning equipment with another grouping, presents the teabags with their outer paper envelope in predetermined groups on a delivery chute, to be placed manually in boxes.

EC12/C | EC12/C-MP

EC12/C – Single chamber naked tea bags in heatsealed outer envelope with automatic cartoning
The tea bags with their thread and tags are introduced into the enveloping material, which is then sealed and cut, forming hermetic envelopes that are stacked and packed automatically.

EC12/C-MP – Single chamber naked tea bags in heatsealed outer envelope with manual cartoning
This model, which replaces the automatic cartoning equipment by another one that groups, presents the tea bags with their outer hermetic envelope in counts on the delivery chute, to be packed manually in boxes.

EC12/T

EC12/T – Single chamber naked tea bags in pillow bag
The EC12/T Packer produces, in a completely automatic process, teabags for infusions with thread and tag neatly placed and grouped in pillow bags of heatsealable hermetic material.
