Detecta is a flexible and fully modular system designed to adapt to various production needs. It is composed of multiple modules, each with dedicated functions, ensuring seamless integration and reliable quality control along the line.
These modules are connected by configurable conveyor systems, adaptable to different layout requirements.
Detecta enables:
• Coding of tubs (QR code printing or label application);
• Detection of plunger presence and position for each syringe or pre-capped cartridge within the tub;
• Monitoring of stoppering process performance;
• Identification and rejection of single non-conforming components;
• Full tub rejection in case of non-conformities;
• Tracking and rejection of individual components previously marked as “bad” by the filling machine (e.g. due to failed IPC checks).

Advanced vision systems
Detecta uses advanced vision systems with telecentric and confocal cameras to provide continuous, high-precision quality control inside the nest. It is the natural complement to high-speed syringe production lines with the Injecta 36 fill-finish machine, ensuring maximum accuracy and safety.
