Double the Output, Half the Space
The Delta TWIN HS is a twin-lane horizontal flow wrapper engineered for high-speed hermetic packaging, initially developed for wet wipes and now widely adopted in bakery applications. Thanks to its Long Dwell sealing technology and dual independent lanes, it is the only solution on the market capable of reaching 250 ppm with hermetic seals while occupying a footprint comparable to a standard single-lane machine.
Its in-line film unwind at operator level simplifies access and makes the Delta TWIN HS particularly suitable for handling mono-materials like PE. Each lane can be operated independently, allowing continued production even when one lane is paused — maximizing flexibility and uptime.
