The Delta OF-3SS is IMA Ilapak’s open-frame horizontal form-fill-seal flow wrapper developed to meet the highest hygienic standards while offering ultimate packaging flexibility. Designed for high-speed hermetic sealing, this ultra-sanitary solution supports both pillow and 3-side seal formats, with or without zipper, and is fully compatible with modified atmosphere packaging (M.A.P.).
Thanks to servo-driven operation, long dwell sealing technology, and PC control, format changes and pack style conversions can be executed quickly and reliably — even automatically. With full washdown capability and an open-frame structure, the Delta OF-3SS ensures unrestricted access for fast cleaning and maintenance, making it ideal for hygiene-critical environments and a wide range of food applications.
