A true breakthrough in HFFS packaging, the Delta OF-360 X is the world’s first variable geometry flow wrapper, offering unmatched flexibility in film handling and sustainability. Built on IMA Ilapak’s full-electric platform, it consumes 37% less energy on average compared to conventional machines, thanks to the replacement of pneumatic components with linear actuators.
The Delta OF-360 X can run any film — paper-based, laminated, or recyclable mono-material — with fully automatic changeovers at the touch of a button on the machine’s HMI. Designed to adapt in real time to different substrates, it includes a patented universal folding box and offers up to three selectable sealing technologies: heated rollers, linear sealing bars, and ultrasonics. This platform empowers producers to meet evolving sustainability requirements, reduce energy costs, and minimize film stress — all while maintaining top sealing integrity and speed.
